Testimonials

Hi Julian its Jonathan Ford here. I want to give Alex a testimonial for his work with me -
from the first contact Alex was extremly friendly and easy to get on with. he came into my home and he made me feel very comfortable. His training in Cubase and sorting out my issues with my home recording setup was exceptional - all of the information that he gave to me could've been over my head but his approach has left me able to take off flying and recording my own ideas. I'm very greatful to Alex for all of his hard work and if I ever need to get anymore help I will most definatly call on Alex again. Thank you to Alex and Julian for a company that is professional yet friendly.

St. Mary’s School was invited to participate in a Dance project run by Greenwich Dance Agency and aimed at supporting the teaching of Dance in schools in the borough. Alex Cleater worked closely with myself and the dance tutor to shape an experience for the children where they could be responsible for the music within an agreed musical structure. Alex’s preparation for this project was exemplary. He was keen to discuss what we were attempting and I always felt he understood my ideas for the project. He responded quickly and calmly to anything needing attention and he approached each session with clear and thoughtful plans that showed his willingness to try new things, to build on successes and evaluate and improve all the time. He seemed happy and competent in his role, liaising efficiently with the ICT co-ordinator in the school and also the technology support service provision in the borough to ensure the necessary equipment was ready ahead of each stage. In all these aspects Alex fulfilled his role impeccably. It was a pleasure to work with him – I only wish that the logistics of school timetabling could allow more scope for work of this kind.

I was a studying Introduction to Music Technology at East Croydon College at evening classes, and was using Cubase Studio 4 at home, when one day every thing crashes on me , my teacher at the college was not interested to help, then i found audio support on the net. i booked for a session with Paul, and he booked me with Alex, Alex was very friendly and helpful. He solved all my techinical problems and even got time to give me tips on how to do certain things. I would recommend audio support to any one who need help. I am booking another session with Paul this week for help with working with audio files and vocal recordings. So thanks to Paul and Alex and the rest of the team.
