About Us

Julian Oliver

Julian has a BA Hons in Music Technology from London College of Music and Media. Julian has been involved in the music industry for almost 20 years as a performer and song writer. 

He no longer performs and is a full time Broadcast Sound Engineer/Music Technology tutor. An early-adopter of digital recording, he is a long time user of Apple Macintosh computers and Logic sequencing/recording software. Julian is an accomplished TV sound engineer working at ITV and Sky as well as various independent production companies. Julian is also an recording engineer, recently recording an album for Australian soprano Helena Dix. Julian is Audio Support's Logic and Mac specialist.

‘I have used audio support on two occasions both of which have been very successful. After having my Logic system upgraded, I asked the shop who did the upgrade to show me round the new system. With very little success from the shop, who didn’t seem keen to show me how to use it, I gave audio support a ring. Paul came round and set up my studio and showed me round the new software. He has a fantastic approach and answered all of my fundamental questions making sure I knew how to use the equipment to its potential.
