I have very specific requirements. Can I talk to a technician before I pay online? Absolutely. Call 0208 249 3168 now to speak to one of the bookings team who can help you with your booking.
What happens after I book online? When you book an Audio Support tuition appointment online you can select a 1st choice and 2nd choice date and time for the appointment. One of the bookings team will then contact you using your prefered method of communication (phone or email) to confirm the appointment and give you the name and phone number of your tutor.
Can I see a tutor during the evening or weekend? Technicians are available for appointments 7 days a week. The standard start times are 9am or 2pm. In certain circumstances we are able to schedule appointments at other times, call 0208 249 3168 with your enquiry.
What if I have to cancel? You have the option of cancelling an appointment up to one week before the scheduled start-time. If you choose to cancel then you will recieve a full refund minus a 20% administration charge. Unfortunately we cannot refund cancelled appointments after this deadline as the tutor's schedules will have already been booked and their time paid for.
Can I pay the technician in cash? Unfortunately not. Audio Support tutors do not handle cash.
What is your travel charges policy? We do not charge expenses to travel to any location within 12 miles of central London. Outside of this radius our travel calculator calculates expenses at 30p per mile based on your postcode. Check your postcode in our travel calculator here. |
