The Audio Guild Project
You read the story. You know the market exists. Now, let’s build the mine.
Introduction
Hi. If you’re here, you probably came from Reddit. You read about how I made $4k fixing streamer audio, how the algorithm banned me, and how my ADHD brain realized that the “Solo-CEO” life isn’t for me.
I’m looking for Founding Partners—not employees—to help me turn a massive, untapped demand into a sustainable business owned by the people doing the work.
The Mission
There are millions of content creators (YouTubers, Streamers, Podcasters) with professional gear and amateur audio. They don’t need a new interface; they need a 30-minute remote session with a pro to fix their routing, gain staging, and confidence.
The Solution: A Platform Cooperative I am proposing a Guild of Audio Engineers. Instead of working for an algorithm, we work with shared infrastructure.
- We share the tools: I have already built the booking system, the payment rails, and the remote-support workflow.
- We share the brand: We pool our marketing efforts to dominate the SEO for terms like “Fix my stream audio”.
- We share the governance: We vote on how the platform evolves.
Who I Am Looking For
I am vetting a small group of engineers to pilot this concept. You might be the right fit if:
- You speak “Audio”: You know what a Mix-Minus is, you can navigate OBS/Voicemeeter/Loopback, and you understand signal flow intuitively.
- You have the “Technician” Mindset: You love solving the puzzle, but you hate the “business admin” side of freelancing (chasing invoices, self-promotion).
- You believe in Cooperatives: You are interested in a model where workers own the platform.
