Connected remotely with a client in Switzerland. His problem was that Logic crashed immediately when loading. The diagnosis was that an incompatible plugin (Miroslav Philharmonik by IK Multimedia) was causing the crash as Logic was scanning the AU components folder. Removed the plugin from the AU components folder and Logic was able to open again.
Went onto the IK Multimedia site to download the latest versions of their software and got the client’s plugins working again.
