1. The Tool We Use

We use AnyDesk, a secure, industry-standard remote desktop application. This software allows us to view your screen and control your mouse/keyboard to perform repairs.

2. Permission-Based Access

  • One-Time Connection: We do not install “unattended access” backdoors on your system.
  • Client Control: You must physically accept the connection request at the start of the session. You maintain the ability to terminate the connection instantly at any time by closing the AnyDesk window.
  • Post-Session: Once the session ends, we cannot re-enter your computer unless you manually open AnyDesk and grant permission again.

3. Privacy During Sessions

  • Files & Folders: We only access files and folders strictly necessary to resolve the technical issue (e.g., VST folders, System Preferences, DAW settings). We do not open personal documents, photos, or unrelated folders.
  • Screenshots: We may take screenshots of error messages, BIOS settings, or plugin configurations for our technical records. We will never take screenshots of your arrangement windows, score sheets, or creative content without your express permission. Any screenshots used for public case studies will be heavily redacted to ensure anonymity.

4. Client Presence

We request that you remain present (via Phone/WhatsApp) during the remote session to approve administrative permissions and observe the work being carried out.
