I’m Paul from Audio Support, an independent specialist who helps creators fix Spitfire Audio plug-in and library problems remotely.
While Spitfire’s official support can help with downloads or licences, I go further — remotely diagnosing the wider system factors that affect performance. From external hard drives to file paths and DAW integration, I look at your whole setup so everything runs smoothly together.
