Audio Support is a small company providing technical support services for music equipment and software. Please browse our site and contact Head Technician Paul to confirm we are the right service for your requirements.

Our three main types of service are:

  • Remote technical support (worldwide)
  • On-site studio visits in the UK
  • Equipment repairs at our workshop

Remote Technical Support

Our most popular service is a one-hour remote technical support session which costs £60 (GBP/UK). Below is an explanation of our booking process. We’ve tried to make it as clear as possible. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Making a booking

There are three things we need to organise before your first session with Audio Support:

  • Arranging the date and time of your session
  • Payment
  • Installing remote desktop software

1. Arranging a date and time

Head technician Paul keeps the company free/busy calendar online to make arranging sessions easier for clients. Paul is based in the UK and is available for technical support calls from 09:00 to 19:00 GMT Monday to Friday.

Have a look at the calendar below to find an hour long slot that works for you. We don’t have an automated booking system. Please email or message Paul with your preferred times and he will message you back to confirm.

Email / WhatsApp Paul with your preferred date and time(s) and he will reply asap to confirm.

2. Make Payment

Our standard rate for remote technical support is £60GBP (UK) per hour. Please make payment for your first hour here:

Once payment is made the session is confirmed and added to our diary.

3. Prepare for Your Session

Once your booking is confirmed and you have everything prepared for your session, then relax. Expert help is on its way.
