Connected remotely to a client in the North of England who was having problems with missing plugins in Bandlab.
Checked through my clients C: drive and found that the plugin had installed to the c:/program files/Steinberg/VST Plugins folder.
Opened Bandlab and checked the VST plugin paths in the preferences. The c:/program files/Steinberg/VST Plugins folder was not one added to the list of locations Bandlab was looking in. Added the location and rescanned the plugins.
The plugin was now found but discovered a further problem in my client’s iLok manager was out of date and not allowing the plugin to be authorised. Downloaded and installed the new version of iLok and helped my client navigate the license activation process.
