Connected remotely to a client in Norfolk who was having trouble with the sample locations of the content for his Kontakt plugins on his Mac.
Looked at his system and found the Kontakt library files were not in the shared folder but in his personal documents folder. I moved the files to the default location expected by the Native Access software and that solved the problem.
Spent the rest of the time with the client discussing options for upgrading his system. Recommended an external SSD drive if he decides to add more large sampler libraries in the future.
