Native Instruments Support

Native Instruments support – independent help for sample library users.

Native Instruments Support

Native Instruments Komplete is a world-class plug-in library — but installing and maintaining it can be tricky. Missing samples, slow loading or file-path errors can stop a session cold.

Paul Andrews is a provider of expert music technology support

I’m Paul from Audio Support, an independent specialist who helps creators fix Native Instruments plug-in, library and hardware problems remotely.

While Native Instruments’ official support can help with downloads or licences, I go further — remotely diagnosing the wider system factors that affect performance. From external drives to file paths and DAW integration, I look at your whole setup so everything runs smoothly together.

Need help inside your DAW? I also provide support for Logic Pro, Cubase and other music technology with online booking.

Audio Support is an independent service for Native Instruments users and is not affiliated with Native Instruments GmbH.

Repairing Native Instruments Komplete 15 on Mac M2: Fixing Missing Samples and Duplicate Library Links

Client’s Question

I’m using Logic on a Mac as my DAW and have recently had problems with Native Instruments Komplete in that sounds / files cannot be opened / plug-ins not found. Can you help me?

Session Result

The missing files and plug-in errors were caused by the client incorrectly moving their library to an external SSD, which created duplicate sample folders and broke installation paths. The issue was resolved in Native Access by moving all NI samples to the correct external disk location, removing the duplicate folders, and repairing the library links to restore full functionality in Logic Pro.
