Client’s Question
I am running Reaper on Windows 7, I have problems with both MIDI and audio recording on my Carillion PC. Also, the clock keeps resetting itself. Can you help?
Session Result
The MIDI and audio recording issues in Reaper were solved by re-installing the audio interface drivers and correctly configuring Reaper’s audio settings. The separate problem of the clock constantly resetting was diagnosed as a dead CMOS battery on the motherboard, and the client was provided with links to purchase and install a replacement, resulting in a fully functional system.
